Featherlite Contact Medium Back Mesh Office Chair (Black)

Hi Every One, My Office Newly Bought This Chair, It was Really Awesome Product, Main thing is Seat Size, Very Comfortable and Adjustable Lumbar Support Works Good.

This product is value for money. It was a pretty simple DIY process to assemble it. Even the delivery was on time. All in all, very satisfied!

I knew about Featherlite quality since I was purchasing it for our offices across India since many years. We were using 2 Chairs of this model since 4 years at home and decided to go for 3rd chair recently. It is an excellent product. Anyone can go for it by closing ur eyes....

Product is value for money, good quality and easy to install.

Cushion is nice ,look and feel is premium

Durable and comfortable.

I use this model to WFH for the last 5 years and very comfortable. We bought another one .

Online order process was also pretty simple , only the delivery was delayed due to the lockdown, which is OK.

Featherlite office chairs are very convenient and worth the price too.

The delivery person also helped us to install it for a small token.

thanks to your team !

Been using the same chair in office since couple of years hence selecting this chair was an obvious and correct choice for me. Comfortable and durable chair.

Installation was pretty much easy and fun. Delivery was done in couple of days. No hassle. My only regret was that I didn't buy this during Republic Day 50% off sale!

I am writing this review after 10 days of product use. Very satisfied with the product.

The Bangalore Featherlite office delivered the product within a day of putting the order, which was great!. Ordering was easy through the website itself and even the customer care was good.

We chose Featherlite because we have been using this brand since quite a long time in our office and the experience has been good. The chairs are comfortable and the quality is good.

The assembling part was not too difficult. Can be done within 10 minutes.

Overall a nice experience and happy with the purchase.

After an immense search online for an affordable and good quality chair we found featherlite and after going through reviews and description I placed an order. The delivery was done within 5 days and with the help of my brother fixed the chair. It’s been 2 weeks and full stars for its comfort, value for money and it’s features. People might judge the chair with its looks but it has every feature that’s required specially the arm adjustment. Very happy with the service and I have recommended this brand to others too who were wasting their time looking for other chairs. Continue with the same service.

The ordering process was smooth and Featherlite delivered this in 3 days (ahead of committed 5-7 business days).

The best part is the assembly itself, which took around 10 mins. The instruction sheet was handy and there's also a video on this site if you need it. Extremely simple do-it-yourself-assembly!

And coming to the chair, its nice and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Nice chair ...brought it from marathalli showroom....

On time delivery

Took some time to fix it on my own but able to do it

Comfortable Chair. Delivery was good.

Good and easy to install, on time delivery satisfied

Product is good but delivery took long time after following up 3 times.

The arm rest is hard. It could be made much smoother

Before start writing my review, I want to thank two people. One is my house owner Mr. Murthy for suggesting me this brand and Mr.Vijay Nagarajan V who has posted the first review for this product. The suggestion and the review helped to me get the best.

It's been more than 3 weeks after receiving the product. Experience so far is really good. As mentioned by Mr.Vijay, the user experience with placing the order online is quite simple and easy. Though there is no way to track the delivery, I got a call from the Featherlite upon packing the product to get to know my location and route. The same details are shared with the driver for hassle free home delivery. I got the product delivered in about 5 calendar days. Wonderful packing with QA check. I had a challenge in assembling it as I was not familiar with allen key hence it took sometime to identify the right way to DIY. Overall a wonderful experience with the product. I bought it for my wife, she liked it very much.

Seriously not even a single review for this product. I'm writing mine to help other potential buyers decide. Well, I had to still go with this model because I have the same model at work. It's pretty comfortable. Been using it for a couple of years. In addition, a few of my colleagues bought it online here and they vouched for it.

Ordering online was easy. You get an acknowledgement right away in the email. When they process your order, you get the actual tax invoice with all details printed. I got my order delivered in about 5 calendar days. The box was pretty heavy. Box had the model name printed and a couple of checklists that they tick when they pack it (well, that shows their meticulous planning and quality checks). Open opening, everything is neatly packed in bubble wraps and covers. You get screws, allan key and also an instruction manual on how to fix it. If at all you dont get it, don't worry, it's available online in their website too (under that particular product page). It took about 15-20 mins to carefully read and install. No brainer definitely.

I used the chair for about 5 mins just after installation. It definitely is awesome. I will write another review after about a week's usage so I can talk about the real comfort.
