Shipping costs

All orders ship for free across India. There are no hidden charges or delivery fees.

What you receive

Products are shipped in a knocked-down form (flat-pack) with assembly instructions and all required tools. Most products take 15-30 minutes to assemble. For installation by a Featherlite expert, please use the "Installation by expert" link on the product page (additional charges apply).

Tracking

All orders are drop shipped, so tracking information is not available. For an update on your order, contact customer care at customercare@featherlitefurniture.com or 080 4719 1010.

Failed delivery / wrong address

If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect or no one is available to receive the package, please contact us within 48 hours so we can re-arrange. Re-delivery is free for the first attempt; additional attempts may incur charges.
