Bought this chair 3 days ago. Delivery was quick and on time. Although I tried this in the showroom for a few minutes. After owning the chair and sitting on it for an hour plus. My back is aching too much due to the softer lumbar support on this model. Especially when reclined. Hasn't even been the first day and really regret the purchase. Would have opted for the optima or even the versa model if I'd known. Build quality and the wheels are of good quality. 3 stars for that. But ultimately its main purpose to maintain good posture isn't achieved.

Chair is REALLY ergonomic and awesome .....but chair has been making a really bad creaking noise that even 4/5 years old chairs don't make. This is the chair i got after replacement of the first one by the way, service representative visited twice, fixed the noise while reclining but now there's noise when I swivel. PLEASE for god's sake fix all the these noise issues altogether. Its really bothersome.

Bought this chair in Jun 2020, with invoice no: Invoice No. OL/2021/01006.

Recently the seat got broken, looks like the seat is not of good quality/design.

When I reached out to the service ([****]), I got a response that the warranty is only for 1 year!!

Whereas on the website they mentioned it as 3 years.

Looks like Featherlite is not doing fair trade practices.

Note: Featherlite does not mention warranty details in invoice or any warranty document. It is only mentioned on the website.

Chair is of Good quality,solid, comfortable. Only drawback I found is missing lock mechanism for the wheels.

What is the ideal Hight(min and max) of person to use the chair

Very comfortable chair for working long hours, has good back support and has a good comfortable headrest for supporting the neck. You may need to use footstand/ legrest to support your back completely.

Quite heavy & looks solid compared to the alternatives. I hope the premium charged in comparison to competition will pay in the long run.

Delivery took close to a week even being in Bangalore & the product coming from Bangalore depot.

The lumbar support is not adjustable & will not suit everybody.

The wheels are extra smooth & rolls over with a slight bit of push. This being a positive; will be a negative for home office use as the floor surface will be smoother compared to office carpets & can create discomfort.

I have bought this chair and really feel very comfortable sitting on it.

The chair was delivered before the promised date. It is quite comfortable compared to the Godrej Motion chair that I own.

The seat cushion is good but I wished it to be like bucket design that gives a firm and extra comfortable grip like the Bristol SOUL chair that I temporarily got for my WFH.

Coming to back support, its good but I really begin to doubt the ID20 mesh back. It is fabric base and not nylon/PTFE coated, doesn't feely sturdy like the Bristol SOUL chair back mesh. I seriously doubt its durability and due to this always fear that it will give away from the lumbar support area.

Movement is smooth, thanks to nylon castor big wheels. The back design looks way bulky in real than in photo/website. Had I looked it in showroom, I would have gone for some other model (all blame to pandemic situation n lockdown).

The headrest should have been made of fabric same as seating cushion to merge well with the overall chair aesthetic. Can the headrest be removed once fixed? It is to solving the purpose.

The arm rest aren't great quality. The material looks way cheap than Godrej Motion chair and Bristol SOUL chair.

Mr Kulkarni were helpful in giving me prompt responses to my doubts.

Felt bit expensive compared to other brands, but will wait and watch on durability.

Delivered quickly in a week that too during lockdown, much appreciated. However, delivery person didn't even call me that it's delivered and left at main gate. Had hard time picking it and moving to my flat.

Excellent chair for working from home. I've got 2 of these one for my wife and myself. The lower back support is excellent and helped reduce my wife's back pain issues. The chair can be adjusted to suitable heights depending on your table setting. The mesh is breathable and offers comfort during long sessions.

Liberate is an excellent Chair , its even better than Enzo model which is slightly more expensive , go with High back ( with Head rest ) the chair flexes as per Body moments and its really comfortable , I researched over lot of other chairs in market and Brand finally Went to Vasnthnagar showroom in Bangalore sat in almost all chair including from lowest price to highest price and finally this was a good match

visit featherlite showroom , try out all chairs understand and feel what you need and then buy as per your wish. This chair serve the purpose and have good quality.

Installation is self service. Delivery guy was asking for charges to just put chair on its base.

I have been using this chair for last 10 months n its really comfortable n worth the money you pay.

Chair is good. I think, the life of seat may be not be long enough, based the material used.

Packing was not good, because of bad package featherlite supposed to come and replace the entire seat

This is a really good chair. Great for its price! I wish the arm rest could move sideways as well to give more support while typing but apart from that its a 5 star product!

Easy to order and got the delivery with 2 days. Package was little damaged, may be due to handling and the way it was packed.

If adjustable lumbar support is provided, that would have been great.

The chair came assembled and all I had to do was stack them together. The only downside is the inability of the back of the chair to stop at any angle rather than the two preset stops.

The headrest needs some getting used-to. The chair is very comfortable for long periods and the material of construction is top notch. A good set of features for the price.

I would like to warn all buyers shorter than 5'9". Please note that this chair would be uncomfortable for you as the lumbar support would dig into your back as it's a little on the higher side. Taller users will find this chair comfortable. The headrest needs to be a little more flush with the back rather than being drawn inward.
