It's a great product for the price. It was easy to assemble and is comfortable. The height adjustment works well and the handles can also be adjusted. The chair doesn't recline but the back support is adjustable. A great product.

I think I made a good choice. First up it is a trusted brand, so no need to worry about quality. I got my chair delivered after a week, packing was very good, all the parts were very nicely wrapped. It was easy to assemble, took 10 minutes to do it. Experience with the chair is good so far. Only think that needs improvement is with the order tracking, we do not have a way to track what is the status once item is shipped. I had to call customer support to know the status of it.

I would not recommend any one to buy this product as you would get the same quality at a cheaper price, even the unbranded products would be more better than this so called FEATHERLITE product.

Please do not buy it online they send defective products.

Amazing quality, durable and stiff. Feels like at office.

I must appreciate a guy who had come to fix a minor issue with armrest. He travelled almost 40km on bike on a rainy day. He's truly committed for customers support.

This variant is cost effective and compact. My Optima HB costs 4 times of this model but i somehow find this one equally comfortable.
