    Sanyasi Mohanty – I would not recommend this chair who is looking for good Cushion seat. This Chair is good on Back Support and head rest. Cushion seat is not good comparing to other models like Versa and others.

    I would not recommend any one to buy this product as you would get the same quality at a cheaper price, even the unbranded products would be more better than this so called FEATHERLITE product.
    Please do not buy it online they send defective products.

    I think I made a good choice. First up it is a trusted brand, so no need to worry about quality. I got my chair delivered after a week, packing was very good, all the parts were very nicely wrapped. It was easy to assemble, took 10 minutes to do it. Experience with the chair is good so far. Only think that needs improvement is with the order tracking, we do not have a way to track what is the status once item is shipped. I had to call customer support to know the status of it.
