The instructions were very much clear enough to understand and there was no issue with the product or in setting up of the product. The product quality is very good and comfortable and really worth for the money.

My only concern was regarding the delivery that eventhough I had provided the proper address door delivery was not done instead I had to travel 50kms to pick the product.

When customers are paying additional delivery charge it would be good if the product is delivered directly to their homes.

Its been since 2 weeks I have been using the chair.. feeling very flexible and most importantly has a very good back support for me.. so no pains unlike what u experience in sitting on other chairs for long hrs.

Only 4 stars because the lumbar support cannot be adjusted towards/away from the back. Only up/down adjustment is possible.
