What is the ideal Hight(min and max) of person to use the chair

Chair is of Good quality,solid, comfortable. Only drawback I found is missing lock mechanism for the wheels.

Bought this chair in Jun 2020, with invoice no: Invoice No. OL/2021/01006.
Recently the seat got broken, looks like the seat is not of good quality/design.
When I reached out to the service (service@featherlitefurniture.com), I got a response that the warranty is only for 1 year!!
Whereas on the website they mentioned it as 3 years.
Looks like Featherlite is not doing fair trade practices.
Note: Featherlite does not mention warranty details in invoice or any warranty document. It is only mentioned on the website.

Chair is REALLY ergonomic and awesome …..but chair has been making a really bad creaking noise that even 4/5 years old chairs don’t make. This is the chair i got after replacement of the first one by the way, service representative visited twice, fixed the noise while reclining but now there’s noise when I swivel. PLEASE for god’s sake fix all the these noise issues altogether. Its really bothersome.

Chair is REALLY ergonomic and awesome….. but literally makes creaking noises that even 4/5 years old chairs don’t. This is the replacement chair by the way, the service representative has visited twice to fix the noise and fixed noise while reclining but now there noise while swivelling….. for god’s sake please fix all issues altogether or replace again. It’s really bothersome!
