This is a no nonsense product, very comfortable and a very good WFH product. I placed the order on Friday evening and it was delivered Monday morning. Have been using it for over a week now and have no complaints. This is my second chair ordered via an online platform, the first one was ordered though a furniture aggregator. I had to return it as it was not made by a reputed chair manufacturer, there is a stark difference in quality and comfort when compared to a Featherlite Chair. I would choose a Featherlite anytime.

Pros:
* Chair is very comfortable.
* Good build quality.
* Got delivered in 4 days after placing the order.
* Installation was very easy.
Cons:
* I find the lumbar support material a bit hard. It could have been a bit softer or could have had a thin layer of cushion.
* The wheel base part of the chair takes more area compared to the upper seating part of the chair. As a result, the chair wheels extend out. Because of this, my feet hits the chair wheels very often whenever I move near the chair. This was not the case with my earlier chair.

Happy to share that after I raised the issue with the Featherlite Customer Support team yesterday regarding issue of seat height in the VERSA model chair, they acted promptly and within less than 24 hours they sent their technician and resolved the issue of the chair seat max height.
The technician, Manjunath, was very professional and did a great job as also explained us how to use the other features of the chair. Overall, excellent and prompt service rendered by the Featherlite team. Thanks to Mohan also.

I was developing lower back pain and next pain because of long work hours and home and it was obviously because of the seating position. I chose the Featherlite Versa to overcome the issue. It indeed helped me a lot. I felt very comfortable on the chair from day one. It’s been a week now, I don’t have the back pain or neck pain any more. Thank you Featherlite!
About the chair: It has a wide lower seat. You can even sit on it with folded legs for a short time. The back mesh part provides firm support from lower hip all the up to shoulder. The mesh keeps you airy all day long. The ergonomics is very nice on this chair. The adjustable lumbar support provides firm support around the lower spine.
Installation: It was easy. They provide the tools along with the chair to fix the parts. The back support and the side handles can be fixed in a position that meets your comfort.

Order was delivered well before time. build quality of the chair is good. mesh is too thin and prone to damage quickly. i primarily purchased this chair for the adjustable lumbar support. while the lumbar support mechanism works fine, this chair causes severe back pain. we tested for over a week with different people working through the day and the results were similar. when contacted featherlite for exchange or upgrade to a better a chair, they denied service saying that i have passed the return period and cannot return or exchange this item and that im stuck with this chair that causes more back pain. hence the 2 rating for the trouble because of the chair and the poor service

The chair is good and comfortable. But I have feedback regarding the post delivery assembling instructions. There was no instructions or link provided along with the delivered product or delivery notification email. Although i figured out myself after some struggle. Please note, I had to search for some youtube videos online. The videos were missing the instructions to connect the Arm rests in particular.

Super quick delivery within 3 days. The quality and comfort of the cushion is very good. I haven’t used a chair that is more comfortable than a Featherlite chair.
The cushion may be slightly firm in the beginning but gets comfortable after a few days of use.
