Seriously not even a single review for this product. I’m writing mine to help other potential buyers decide. Well, I had to still go with this model because I have the same model at work. It’s pretty comfortable. Been using it for a couple of years. In addition, a few of my colleagues bought it online here and they vouched for it.
Ordering online was easy. You get an acknowledgement right away in the email. When they process your order, you get the actual tax invoice with all details printed. I got my order delivered in about 5 calendar days. The box was pretty heavy. Box had the model name printed and a couple of checklists that they tick when they pack it (well, that shows their meticulous planning and quality checks). Open opening, everything is neatly packed in bubble wraps and covers. You get screws, allan key and also an instruction manual on how to fix it. If at all you dont get it, don’t worry, it’s available online in their website too (under that particular product page). It took about 15-20 mins to carefully read and install. No brainer definitely.
I used the chair for about 5 mins just after installation. It definitely is awesome. I will write another review after about a week’s usage so I can talk about the real comfort.

It’s been more than 3 weeks after receiving the product. Experience so far is really good. As mentioned by Mr.Vijay, the user experience with placing the order online is quite simple and easy. Though there is no way to track the delivery, I got a call from the Featherlite upon packing the product to get to know my location and route. The same details are shared with the driver for hassle free home delivery. I got the product delivered in about 5 calendar days. Wonderful packing with QA check. I had a challenge in assembling it as I was not familiar with allen key hence it took sometime to identify the right way to DIY. Overall a wonderful experience with the product. I bought it for my wife, she liked it very much.

The best part is the assembly itself, which took around 10 mins. The instruction sheet was handy and there’s also a video on this site if you need it. Extremely simple do-it-yourself-assembly!
And coming to the chair, its nice and comfortable. Highly recommended!
