I think I made a good choice. First up it is a trusted brand, so no need to worry about quality. I got my chair delivered after a week, packing was very good, all the parts were very nicely wrapped. It was easy to assemble, took 10 minutes to do it. Experience with the chair is good so far. Only think that needs improvement is with the order tracking, we do not have a way to track what is the status once item is shipped. I had to call customer support to know the status of it.
